God and His Word:
We believe that God is one person(Neh.9:6). God is the creator of all things and He is Head of the Holy Trinity and has total control of what has happened in the past, what is happening in the present, and what will happen in the future. We also believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God that was given to holy men by the power of the Holy Spirit(2 Peter 1:21).
Jesus Christ:
We believe He is the Son of God who was sent by God through a virgin, Mary.
Jesus Christ is the only way to God(John 14:6). He is the only person that has ever walked the earth without sinning and because of God’s love for us Jesus died on the cross and rose again three days later to give us salvation(John 3:16) and is now sitting at the right of God.
Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Holy Trinity. The Holy Spirit is in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible(Isa.61:1; John 15:26). As it says in John 15:26, the Holy Spirit is our “Helper” who tells us the truth. As a Christian, the Holy Spirit indwells in us and helps us grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ and the services Christ performed while on earth. The moment a person is saved, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in him and he is sealed in Christ with the Holy Spirit(Eph.1:13).
Church:
The Church is the body of born again believers. It is not a building, but individual believers who have a personal relationship with God by trusting Christ to be his/her personal Savior and Lord. The guidebook for the Church and individual Christian is the Bible. The Church is the Bride of Christ (Eph.5: 22-23).
