CHURCH RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To encourage mutual fellowship and ministry between the family and the church.
2. To make the residence available to the family for the dates agreed to.
3. To maintain the property in good condition according to normal housing standards.
4. To provide appropriate furnishings, appliances, fixtures, kitchen utensils, and linens for the home.
5. To address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely fashion.
6. To provide all utilities including gas, electric and water.

RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITY:
1. The church realizes that families will have speaking and representing responsibilities while on stateside assignment. Yet, we believe it’s important that families also have a “home church” with worship, small group, and ministry opportunities that provide for meaningful relationships and continued spiritual growth. Therefore, families on a one-year assignment or longer are encouraged to     become members of First Baptist Church in Willard (either Full or by Watch Care) and all families are encouraged to participate in worship, Bible study, and ministry as much as their schedule allows.

2. There is no charge for the use of the residence. Families are asked, however, to reimburse the church  for actual utility costs including gas, water and electricity. Telephone, broadband internet, and television are also available, if desired.

3. Residents are expected to care for the house, including normal cleaning, and to take reasonable precautions to protect the house during their stay. They are expected to report any maintenance or repair issues to the church promptly.

4. While the church will maintain property insurance on the structure and church owned contents, residents are strongly urged to secure renter’s insurance that covers their personal property.

5. Furniture or other items should not be removed the property without prior approval.

6. Pets are not permitted.

7. When vacating the premises, the condition of the house should be the same as when residents moved in, except for normal wear.
